What is deleted
- Your profile: name, shop name, email, address and photo
- Your mobile number login (you can sign up again later with the same number)
- All your products, photos and videos
- Your chats, saved contacts, favourites, follows, reviews you wrote and notifications
- Your post balance and post history (unused posts are lost)
Open orders are cancelled. Records of completed orders and payments are kept without your name or contact details, because the other buyer/seller and the law need them. To stop the one-time welcome bonus being claimed again, we keep a coded fingerprint of your number (not the number itself). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
